Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • In some cases, return shipping costs may exceed the product value

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Alternative Resolutions

To provide a faster and more convenient solution, we may offer:

  • Replacement products

This helps avoid long return times and high shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

Filing a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
